    Our 7-day free trial is for anyone who wants to explore Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Judo, Sumo or Wrestling— no matter your fitness level or experience. Whether you're an experienced Martial Artist or just someone looking to break out of the gym routine, you're welcome here.

  • Do I need to have any experience to start?
    Not at all. Most of our new members have zero background in martial arts. Our coaches are trained to help beginners learn the basics at their own pace — without judgment or pressure.

  • What’s included in the free trial?
    You’ll get unlimited access for 7 days to all adult classes, including: Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Judo, Sumo, Wrestling and Open Mat. It’s your chance to experience everything we offer — for free.

  • What should I wear to class?
    For your first class: Comfortable gym clothes.

  • Do I have to spar or fight during the trial?
    No. While we do offer sparring for advanced students, beginners will never be pressured into sparring. Your trial is all about learning fundamentals and finding your rhythm.

  • Is this gym beginner-friendly?
    Absolutely. Our community is built on respect, patience, and discipline — not ego. We pride ourselves on creating a safe space where everyone, from first-timers to competitors, trains together.

  • What if I have a tight or rotating schedule?
    We offer morning, evening, and weekend classes to accommodate busy professionals and service members. You can train when it works best for you.

  • Can I bring my spouse or a friend?
    Yes! In fact, a lot of members bring friends or family to train with them. Just make sure they sign up for the trial using the form too.

  • What happens after the free trial?
    If you loved the experience (and most people do), we’ll walk you through membership options — no pressure. We keep our pricing transparent and offer discounts for military and first responders.
